INTERACTIVE SESSION - In this session, faculty will demonstrate the wide spectrum of dystonia amenable to botulinum toxin injection, reviewing pitfalls of muscle selection and injection techniques, and engaging the audience in discussion of selected video-based cases.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this session, participants should be better able to:

  1. Discuss the functional anatomy of the face and neck and decide points critical to injections of hemifacial spasm, blepharospasm, oromandibular dystonia and cervical dystonia.
  2. Discuss the functional anatomy of the arm and hand, leg and foot, trunk and abdomen and decide points critical to injections for dystonia in these body parts.
